Blox and all Blox Addons are developed and sold by Outermost Design, LLC (Outermost). Whenever you read “we”, “us” or “our” on this website (bloxwp.com), it refers to Outermost.
This website grants you non-exclusive limited license to use the WordPress plugin Blox and any applicable addons for Blox (the plugin) sold through the website. This site is governed by Outermost (the owner), and by purchasing the plugin, you agree to comply with the Terms & Conditions issued below. They are all fairly straight forwards, but we strongly encourage you to read this page completely. By purchasing a Blox license you indicate that you have read and agree with these terms and conditions.
Plugin Licensing
All products sold/distributed on this website are licensed under the GNU general public license
(http://www.gnu.org/licenses/gpl.html).
Plugin Requirements
All products sold on this website are designed for use with WordPress 4.0+ and require the Genesis Framework 2.0+. The Genesis Framework is a theme framework that is developed and sold by StudioPress. Outermost has no affiliation with StudioPress. Blox and all Blox Addons will not work on non-WordPress websites, and any WordPress website that is not running a Genesis powered theme. Refunds will not be given to those that purchased this product without understanding these requirements. For those running WordPress <4.0 and/or Genesis <2.0, Blox and all Addons will likely still work, but we offer no guarantees.
Plugin Delivery
After your payment has been successfully processed, you will receive an email with your license key(s), download link(s), and additional purchase information. You can also download your purchased products by logging into your account and clicking on the appropriate link.
You should receive the email within one hour of your purchase, usually you will receive it immediately. Should you not receive an email containing your information, you can contact us at support@bloxwp.com to request your purchase information.
Automatic Upgrades
Automatic upgrades are available to license holders who have an active and valid license key. Automatic upgrades are available for Blox and all installed Blox Addons. Upgrades are provided for a term of 1 year from the time of purchase. After 1 year, a new license will need to be purchased in order to continue receiving support and product upgrades. That said, we reserve the right to discontinue or extend a license with no prior notice or consent.
Assuming you have a valid license key, the key will need to be activated within the plugin settings. Once activated you will be able to automatically upgrade your purchased product(s) from the plugins page of your admin panel. For more information, please take a look at our licensing information page.
Support
Outermost offers WordPress plugins “as is” and with no implied meaning that they will function exactly as you would like or will be compatible with all third party components and plugins. We do not provide support services for WordPress itself or other WordPress plugins that we have not developed. Support is offered via a Blox license key. Purchasing a license key gives you access to our support services. Licenses come in three levels: Basic, Multi, and Developer. All three license levels come with Standard support. Multi and Developer licenses come with Priority support. All support tickets must be submitted through your account page. We reply to support tickets Monday through Friday, 9am – 5pm EST. You may get replies on weekends and outside these hours, but we do not guarantee it.
With Standard support, you will receive an initial reply within 48 hours of submitting a support ticket. With Priority support, you will receive an initial reply within 24 hours and your ticket will be prioritized above all standard tickets. Understand that it will likely take some back and forth to resolve the issue you have contacted us about. The better you describe the issue you are experiencing, the easier it is for us to help you. Both types of support are subject to our hours of operation listed above.
Support and automatic product updates are provided for a term of 1 year from the time of purchase. After 1 year, a new license will need to be purchased in order to continue receiving support and product updates. License holders cannot distribute, freely giveaway, or resell their license key. The license key is only transferable by contacting us and requesting an official transfer of the license to a new owner. The license is intended to be used on the license holders website(s). Client site usage is permitted in situations where the license holder maintains an ongoing relationship with the client as a consultant. Only the license holder is permitted to request support or access support resources. We ask that you do not copy any of the support material or Blox documentation and make it available to your clients (if this applies to you) or the general public. Please link people directly to the resources on this website.
Refund Policy
As we are offering non-tangible digital goods, we do not generally issue refunds after the purchase has been made. We will be happy to consider a refund within the first 30 days of your purchase if you are unable to get the plugin to install properly on your website or if the plugin fails to perform the basic functions as designed and you have worked with the product support team to try to resolve these issues. Refunds will be granted at our sole discretion. Refunds do not apply to product upgrades or annual renewals. No refunds will be given after 30 days from the initial purchase. If a refund is given, please understand that it can take a few days for the refund to be posted to your credit card. We will initialize the refund immediately, but the time it takes to process is beyond our control. Please note that by purchasing the plugin, you agree to the terms of this Refund Policy.
While this may sound harsh, we stand by our product and have made every attempt to be clear about what Blox is, and what it is not. And if you run into any issues, just send us a support ticket and we will help you through any issue related to this plugin. That said, if you have any reservations about purchasing, we strongly encourage you to try out Blox Lite. It is completely free and available on WordPress.org.
Price Changes
We reserve the right, at any time,to modify, change cancel or upgrade a plugin subscription and/or license key without prior notice or consent. Prices of all products are subject to change without prior notice or consent.
Blox vs. Blox Lite
Blox is a premium (costs money) WordPress plugin that is distributed through this website. Blox Lite is a separate product that is distributed through WordPress.org for free. Blox Lite is a slimmed down version of Blox with less features. All Blox Addons only work with Blox and will not work with Blox Lite. Users of Blox Lite, who do not have a valid Blox license, are not eligible for support through this website. Any questions concerning Blox Lite need to be asked in the plugin’s support forum on WordPress.org. By accepting these Terms & Conditions, you acknowledge that you understand the difference between these two products.
